I think my pet ate something toxic

Contact your veterinarian or an animal poison control service immediately. Do not wait for symptoms. The app’s “Can my pet eat this?” page lists hotlines for your region.

How do I back up my data or move to a new iPhone?

Export a JSON backup in Settings and import it on the new device. Backup and export are free.

How do I restore a purchase?

Open Settings → Restore Purchases, signed in with the same Apple ID you used to buy.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open the iPhone Settings app → your name → Subscriptions → PawPortion. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal. The lifetime purchase is not a subscription and never renews.

How do I remove a share link?

Open the shared item in the app and choose Revoke link, or revoke all links in Settings. Links also expire automatically after 30 days.

Why does the app say “use under veterinary guidance”?

For pregnancy, lactation, growth and medical conditions, general formulas are not precise enough. The app still records data, but please follow your veterinarian’s plan.
